The Parties of this memorandum set themselves promising and far-reaching goals in the areas of activity of the companies and plan mutually beneficial cooperation.
Both companies undertake to carry out joint actions in the above area in order to realize common interests and achieve common goals in financial and insurance sphere.

From July 1, 2021 to July 5, 2021, in connection with the transfer of TDV "ST" AVESTA INSURANCE "to another telephone operator, some interruptions on the telephone line are possible, namely: +38 044-360-28-25.

Important information about the work of TDV "ST" AVESTA INSURANCE", due to the aggravation of the epidemiological situation and a significant increase in the number of patients with coronavirus infection COVID-19, as well as the period of quarantine restrictions, from 05 to 16 April 2021.
We would like to inform you that starting from April 5, 2021, the management of the INSURANCE COMPANY, for the period of quarantine (from April 5, 2021 to April 16, 2021), has made the following decision:
1. Applications for the occurrence of the insured event and the necessary documents (according to the Insurance Contract), send to the IC by transfer to the nearest branch of PJSC "UKRPOSHTA", or to any courier service, with prior agreement of delivery time, with the IC employee.
2. All questions regarding the occurrence of the insured event and the subsequent submission of documents to the IC, for compensation; questions regarding the acquaintance and further conclusion of Insurance Contracts, or resolution of any other issues, followed by a necessary visit to the Head Office of the Insurance Company - pre-agreed with the representative of the INSURANCE COMPANY by phone at: +38 044-360-28-25.
Please note that all of the above measures are temporary and aimed solely at preserving human life and health.
ADDITIONAL LIABILITY COMPANY "INSURANCE COMPANY" AVESTA INSURANCE" from April 1, 2021 became a member of the Insurance Business Association of Ukraine.

We would like to inform you that in accordance with the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Aimed at Preventing the Occurrence and Spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)" adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 17, 2020, the management of the INSURANCE COMPANY (from 18.03.2020 to 03.04.2020), the following decision was made:
- Applications for the occurrence of the insured event and the necessary documents (according to the Insurance Contract), send to the ST by transfer to the nearest branch of PJSC "UKRPOSHTA", or to any courier service, with prior approval of delivery time, with the employee of the ST.
- All questions regarding the occurrence of the insured event and subsequent submission of documents to the ST, for compensation; questions regarding the acquaintance and further conclusion of Insurance Contracts, or resolution of any other issues, with the subsequent necessary visit to the Main Office of the Insurance Company - pre-agreed with the representative of the INSURANCE COMPANY by phone at: +38 044-359-07-04.
